According to a survey of 453 flipped educators conducted last June, 88% reported improved job satisfaction, and of those, 46 percent reported a significant improvement. Well, that’s outstanding to hear that teachers are happier with their jobs, but what about the students? Don’t worry, there’s good news there as well. 67 percent of teachers surveyed reported their classrooms had higher test scores.
Study: Mobile And Video Are Key Drivers Of Apparel Purchases
Just as many are beginning to bulk up their wardrobes for fall and back-to-school, a new study shows the surprising, and growing, influence of mobile and video for apparel purchases. The research, put together by Compete on behalf of Google, found that more than 1 in 5 apparel consumers use their tablets or mobile devices daily for shopping, and 4 in 10 visited a store or retailer website as a result of watching apparel videos.

The new Mobile Mindset study, conducted by Harris Interactive, has revealed a great deal of new information about the habits of mobile phone users. Nearly 60% of those surveyed said they don’t go more than an hour without checking their phone, while 73% said they felt a sense of panic if/when their device is lost. The most surprising statistic though, at least to us, were the primary reasons people fear losing their phones — only six percent of those surveyed said they were worried that valuable account information could be stolen, while 38% cited the cost and hassle of replacing the phone.
